Similar to previously, we now follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Onsite preparation

We follow the same process regardless of how big a project you are working on. Every project begins with the preparation of the site. We clean up and get rid of garbage so we can begin on a clean slate. As part of the preparation process, all materials must be present on site. We schedule the delivery of the material prior to the start of work. This allows us finish the project within the timeframe we have established.

 

Step 2 Re-inforce concrete slabs using steel, and then construct concrete forms.

Once everything is clean and tidy We can begin installing concrete forms using wire mesh. Concrete forms are solid barriers that hold concrete mix in place. They create an solid block that keeps the concrete mix in place. In the case of larger structures, we employ Rebar to strengthen concrete. This makes concrete stronger.

 

Step 3: Mixing Concrete Mix

We employ a concrete truck to help us with our work. Concrete materials can be mixed more effectively with a concrete truck. Sometimes, we do manual mixing. However, in the majority of our projects mixing concrete, a mixer is required.

 

Step 4: Pouring Concrete

After we have finished mixing concrete, we put the concrete slab in our forms. We pour the concrete mixture carefully to avoid creating air pockets. The presence of air pockets results from not enough mortar filling the gaps around the aggregate. When making concrete, we make sure that we spread the mix over the shape.
